Julie Finelli was born in Minnesota, USA to a family who cultivated in her a passion for art. This led her to explore different methods of expression through paint, including acrylic, oil and watercolor. After obtaining a BFA in Art & Design from Iowa State University, she has worked and volunteered for arts organizations in hopes of promoting visual literacy and advocating for artists. Julie’s work ranges from highly textured conceptual mindscapes to more perfunctory subjects with the ultimate goal being experimentation of color.

Julie returned to the United States in 2016.
