









Sunsook Han is a Korean-American artist currently residing in Daejeon, South Korea. In her professional life, she is an assistant English professor at Woosong University. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sculpture in Oregon, U.S.A. Her current art works contain mixed media with a greater focus on watercolor and traditional Korean rice paper art. She enjoys experimenting with new techniques to create unique effects in her watercolor art. Her artwork reflects her diverse life experiences including events, places and people significant to her life. She is also going back to her cultural roots in Korean art through workshops where she learns how to create different traditional Korean crafts. In her free time, she loves exploring Korea’s natural beauty through hikes and photography where she finds a lot of inspiration for her future work.
