Deborah is from Los Angeles, California and spent many years in Ireland, which she considers her second home. She has been a member of the Daejeon Arts Collective since 2013 and works with a variety of media. Her most recent works explore themes of power, justice, and the conduct of war.

Deborah returned to the United States in 2017.
